HPF is doing cattail cut on Saturday,
Oct., 12 9 a.m. – 12:30/1 p.m.

We’ll have some tools, but folks are encouraged to bring their own gloves, shovels, rakes, and loppers/hedge trimmers. We’ll try to dig up and remove cattails that are growing along the shoreline near the three test planting plots and then cut the cattails about 2 inches below the water surface.

It will be muddy…and need as many volunteers as possible.
